We recognise the importance of receiving your order as fast as possible. We too are consumers who buy things online and like to receive our orders right away, as in yesterday!!! With this in mind we hustle to package and dispatch your order immediately so that you can get it ASAP. Therefore, all orders placed by 3:00 PM AEST will ship that same business day! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping & are adamantly opposed to packaging or handling charges.
Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order has been lodged in our system. After your order has been packed and fulfilled by our fulfilment team you will receive a shipment notification.
Who are your shipping carriers?
We use Australia Post for all orders.
No tracking numbers are available through our shipping carriers.

We would like to also state that while we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Whilst the vast majority of the parcels we send reach their destinations within the usual delivery times, very occasionally parcels get delayed and take a little longer than normal. Please be patient but, if timeframes are outside above stated from placing your order & you are concerned about its whereabouts, just get in touch and we will happily investigate.
I still haven't received my order:
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day from Melbourne, Australia. Over 99% of orders make their destination however some do go missing. Please check our shipping page for delivery timeframes. If your order is outside of these timeframes please get in contact with us through the 'Contact' page.
Can I exchange or refund?
